Ce site est la base de donnée la plus complète de captures d'écran ('Screenshots') de bureaux libres, sous Linux par exemple, ainsi que de la plupart des applications libres et Open Source.
Ce site est également libre : il est non lucratif et a un but unique : Montrer à quoi peut ressembler un Bureau Libre ! Nous cherchons à aider le développement de ces bureaux.

New owner needs help!
I have acquired this site from the previous owner few weeks back only to receive it in a semi-broken state. The original owner is not willing to / has no time to help in fixing these problems, so I would like to see if I can get some help from someone here. Obviously, there are plenty of things to be fixed and the site is in need of new features (such as a proper forum, resurrection of the wiki and so on). Honestly, I do not have the proper skills to do this work, so I want to hear from anyone that would like help. The only compensation that I could offer would be a proper credit to those that help. Performance bug fixed
The page "All the screenshots" seemed very slow, so we double-checked the code and we realized that there really was a software issue. Now the page is lightning fast again ;-)
Website down for 6 hours :(
An obscure DNS issue has made the website not reachable everywhere (we had only 10% traffic during 6 hours).
We changed our DNS servers and everything went back fine. Sorry for the inconvenience !

As a screenshot website, and with the unexpected growth of our audience (more than 5000 folks a day ! so great !), we have to put ads to pay for our charges.They are experimental, and we'll remove them if most of you find them annoying.
